Why do you think why most of the doctors settle in urban area?

Answer:

In built up or Urban areas, there are more people who would need medical attention especially as Urban areas are so packed up, the disease spread is higher. This results into higher payments. In Rural areas there would most likely be less people per square mile/kilometer and there would rarely be a shift for a doctor.
