1. Which personality assessment would you recommend for use by employers? Choose from the Rorschach Test, the TAT, the MMPI, or the MBTI inventory.

The employees argue that the tests are not relevant measures of a trained and experienced employee's ability to safely operate trains.

I believe it's the MMPI-2 since it provides the most information, ranging from symptoms of psychological disorders, self-esteem, to emotions.
