I checked my topic is related to history.
according to a website, the
birth of baguette is related to various history.
The one of theory says, related to french revolution.
Rich people was used to eat wheat bread. but poor people could only eat bran bread.
the gap created a complaint and this affected this revolution.
so after the revolution, made a law about bread called " the
bread equality".
they banned to make bread for each status. all bakers can make only one bread.
the only one bread is baguette.
