Answer:

Higher temps. are considered part of climate change because of global warming and the green house effect. The Co2 or Carbon dioxide in the air causes the sun's heat to be trapped within the Earth's atmosphere.The heat being trapped makes the Earth gradually heat up. Hope this helps.
