Tell me why Atlantic Canada has a hard time predicting the weather accurately.

Answer:

The Atlantic provinces are located close to the warm Gulf current and the cold Labrador current. Thes ocean currents conflict with each other which makes it hard to predict if it will rain or be nice and sunny.
