3. You want to standardize a new recipe for Chicken Alfredo. The old recipe that you have been using yields 40 servings and you would like the new yield to be 150 servings. What is the conversion factor? Use the conversion factor to determine how much chicken is needed, if the old recipe called for 8 pounds. Show your work

If the original receipe requires 8 pounds and yields 40 serving, and we need to up it to 150:

40/150=8/x

Cross multiply:

40x=150x8

40x= 1200

X= 30 pounds of chicken
