Are the Bill of Rights still appropriate? Should it be

revised? Can they be done better? What do you think?

The amendment process is very difficult and time consuming: A proposed amendment must be passed by two-thirds of both houses of Congress, then ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the states. The ERA Amendment did not pass the necessary majority of state legislatures in the 1980s.

Answer:

The Bill of Rights is still appropriate. As of now, there isn't a need for revision as this is how our founding fathers made it, and you shouldn't take away Constitutional rights.
