What does Borg's Scale of Perceived Exertion tell you?

1. The level of exertion at which you are recovering.

C. The level of exertion at which you are exercising.
our target heart rate.

c level of exertions at which you are exercising. In my opinion not the best tool to measure this. I prefer the visual analog scale.
