Please help, this is from health class.

Develop an action plan to achieve a personal flexibility goal (eg, reduce back pain, touch my toes, do the splits). Flexibility has to do with stretching. How can you incorporate flexibility exercises to help you accomplish your goal? Describe the actions necessary to complete the goal, the frequency of any exercises you would need to do, and your weekly schedule for improving flexibility. Also, describe how you would know that your goal had been met.

Just 10 minutes two or three times per week will improve your flexibility in about three or four weeks. Stretching daily, however, will help you get the most benefit.

In addition to improving flexibility, stretching may reduce stress and make you feel more relaxed. “Stretching is the easiest exercise, and pleasant for most people,” Garber says.

Stretching regularly may also help prevent painful middle-of-the-night leg cramps.
