Answer: The juries play a very important role. The role of the juries is to decide is to decide whether or not the defendant is guilty through a unanimous and fair verdict. Juries make fair trials possible by discussing the plaintiff's and the defendants reason or side and the discussing amongst themselves coming to a unanimous and fair verdict. also they make it fair because they are American citizens ,ordinary people. which means that they are not biased and can make a fair decision.
