Tim and his family want to place a flower bed in the backyard and have a pretty border around it. They have chosen to make it a triangular shape that has two sides that are 13 feet and the other is 10 feet. The base is 10 feet and the height is 12 feet. How much of the border will they need to place around the shape? What is the area of this flower bed?

Please show all that work. Don’t forget to label them too please.
