Answer:

Helicase unwinds dna.

Single stranded binding proteins makes sure they don’t come back together.

Topoisomerase keeps the dna from supercoiling.

Primase makes dna primers for both strands.

Dna polymerase builds the new strand in the opposite direction of the original template strand.(example: template strand is in 3’ to 5’ direction and the new strand is in 5’ to 3’ direction)

The Lagging strand pieces are sealed together by ligase.
