What is the first piece of advice Haymitch gives Katniss

well, first, before he even offers advice, he lets katniss and peeta know there is one condition, and that is they cannot interfere with his drinking (haymitch is a big drinker, evidently, and can't live without his beer.). that's the only way he says he'll help them. the first piece of advice that he gives them is:

whatever the stylists do to them, no matter what it is, they shouldn't resist, even if there are things they must do that might be out of their comfort zone.

If they don't interfere with his drinking, Haymitch says he'll help them. His first piece of advice is that whatever the stylists do to them, they shouldn't resist. The train finally arrives at the Capitol. Katniss and Peeta are amazed at the grandeur and strangeness of it.
