What are plausible and safe options for women who are addicts or substance abusers to pursue, in the event that they cannot exhibit self-control with regard to substance abuse? Should the state intervene, or is the matter entirely personal?

If the person who is experienced substance abuse or addiction has family members that are older such as their parents were still alive, they can petition the court to take all medical choices away from the affect and then be named in charge of all their child’s medical decisions. Your child would have to be deemed unfit to take care of themselves and order for us to actually happen.

The state should intervene and put the women who are addicts or substance abusers and cannot control themselves into a program that will help them get over these addictions.
