Answer: 24

4: 4,8,12,16,20,24

8: 8,16,24,32,40,48

12: 12,24,36,48,60,72

When you are trying to find the L.C.M you find the factors of all the numbers you are given and then you see which number they all have in common, in this case it would be 24 :)
