Answer: Tobacco smoke

Explanation: actually any kind of smoke can trigger you asthma to act up. You can also outgrow it! I used to have it when I was little but I outgrew it a few yrs back.
When the smoke is inhaled into the lungs, your breathing rate starts acting up. Making it harder for the person to breath.
