To find the slope(m), use the slope formula:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) And plug in the two points

(-19, 12) = (x₁, y₁)

(-9, 1) = (x₂, y₂)

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

m=(1-12)/(-9-(-19)) (two negative signs cancel each other out and become positive)

m=(1-12)/(-9+19)

m=(-11)/(10)

Answer:

-11/10

Explanation:

Slope = rise/run

m = (12-1) / (-19-(-9))

m = -11/10
