Imagine that someone offered you a choice: You could spend four years studying at the world's best university, but you would have to keep your attendance there a secret. Or you could be awarded an official degree from the world's best university, but you couldn't actually attend. Which choice do you think would enhance your future earnings more under the human-capital theory?

Answer:

spend four years studying at the world's best university, but you would have to keep your attendance there a secret.

Step-by-step explanation:

According to the human-capital theory people's skills can only improve when they are given quality education or quality training. That is to say in order to get the best from human, there is a need to invest more time on peoples' training and education.

Adams Smith was one of the founding fathers say the main founding father of the human-capital theory and according to him when people acquire more knowledge they tend to be more productive.

Hence, my choice will be to spend four years studying at the world's best university, but I would have to keep my attendance there a secret because with the knowledge that i have acquired I can use it to enhance my FUTURE EARNINGS.
