Types of Nutrients:

roteins, fats, carbohydrates (sugars, dietary fiber), vitamins, and minerals, and perform the following vital functions.

Functions:

- Keeps us alive,active,hyper

- Keeps us healthy

- Helps our body created new tissues

- Helps us breath.
