-4x^2+16 & =0\\\\\implies -4(x^2-4) & =0 \\\\\implies x^2-4 =0\\ \\\implies x^2-2^2 =0\\\\\implies (x+2)(x-2)=0\\\\\implies x=2,~~x = -2
