Complementary angles are angles who’s sum is 90°, as the one area shows, 30° + 60° = 90°, so its complementary :)

Supplementary angles are similar, but its angles who’s sums equal 180°. Again, as shown, 120 + 60 = 180!

Not sure on the top half of your paper, but i hope i was able to help a bit!
