Answer: The process by which an individual selects, organizes, and interprets information

Explanation: Perception is relative as it differs from person to person. It involves an individual's personal definition, thought or verdict about a particular topic or subject. Perception differs in indivuduals because depends on how people select or obtain information required to make decision or define a situation, organize those informations that are obtained and then interpret them in other to make conclusion or inferences. Information used to draw perception by some may be regarded as non relevant by others hence, resulting in perceived differences in perception, thought or idea.
