So basically 4/8 -3/10 you first cross multiple the denominators so 8 multiplied by 10 and 3 and 10 multiplied by 8 and 4 so we have a total of 80 which is our denominator and 40-24 which will give us 16/80 then we simplify until we get 1/5 it’s a long way but very easy to understand
