Suppose that you receive a letter with 7 names on it with the following instructions.
A) send a golf ball to the person on the top of the list.
B) rewrite the list without the top person’s name & with your name on the bottoms of the list.
C) make 12 copies of the list & these instructions & send them to 12 of your friends.
If everybody obeys their letters, how many gold balls will you eventually receive?
