Many Americans are non voters because of difficult registration procedure, complex election issues, one-party domination, and voter alienation.

Step-by-step explanation:

As per the last electoral session 53% of the citizens are non voters. The reasons behind it difficult registration procedure, complex election issues, domination of one party and voter alienation etc. To become voter one need to go through a lengthy registration procedure of enrollment and presently young generation do not keep much interest on political issues because of rapid growing corruption and unfairness.

Domination of one party, lack of strong opposition, lack of social integration and promotion of alienation are some of the causes of unwillingness to become a voter.
