Why is memory so important? What is the relationship between

Memory is the power of the brain to hold data as well as information .

Step-by-step explanation:

Memory is important because as memory has the power to hold data ,it also has the power to use the information when needed, it also helps in decoding information. Memory influences future action.

Memory has the power to hold emotional , psychological as well as spiritual wound and it heals with time . Memory and healing has a direct relation , more capacity of the memory to remember things it will take more time to heal, on the other hand less capacity of the memory to remember things it will take less time to heal.

The memory of those who have lived through genocide can be preserved in museum or monuments.
