First plug the numbers into the equation using x = 4 and y = 6.

4 × 6 + 6.

Do the multiplication first. (Use PEMDAS, parenthesis, exponents, multiplication, addition, subtraction)

4 × 6 = 24

Now do the addition.

24 + 6 = 30.

Answer:

30
