The ending of dynastic rule in China was ultimately due to ideas from the west spreading into the East. by the 20th century, other countries that were secular began spreading their influence in order to make China much like a vassal state or colony. about a few years later, everyone realized they had enough and finally revolted, and this revolution would permanently end any royal families from claiming power ever again.
