A person who has difficulty with interpersonal interactions but is otherwise high functioning and would have been diagnosed with Asperger's disorder in the past, will now, in DSM-5, be diagnosed with: A. Autism spectrum disorder. B. no disorder.

Autism Spectrum Disorder, I say this because, even though the child is high functioning in other areas, they still have the previous diagnosis of Asperger's, which now in the DSM-5 since 2013, is just considered Autism Spectrum Disorder.
