Why are calories from solid fats and sugar a concern

Hi there!

Solid fats and added sugars have calories to the food but some or none of nutrients. This is because the calories from solid fats are added sugar in the food mostly called “empty calories”. Don’t forget, eating fat won’t make you fat but sugar sure would..
