Young children with congenital insensitivity to pain may have mouth or finger wounds due to repeated self-biting and may also experience multiple burn-related injuries. These repeated injuries often lead to a reduced life expectancy in people with congenital insensitivity to pain.

Answer:

congenital insensitivity, or when the person has or can not feel physical pain,

can effect daily life in many ways. they can die from injuries or sickness being unnoticed/ not treated properly.

Edit:

feeling pain is necesarry to live as humans. people with CIP usually die in their childhood. they can't even enjoy daily life. they can't feel anything. they have to stay inside mostly, also, because the outdoors can cause many dieseases.
