Why did the Industrial Revolution begin in England? Did the lives of those who left the land or "cottage industries" to work in factories get better, worse, or both better and worse?

Answer:It started in England because England had the following

Capital, Natural resources, Entrepreneur,Labor,Market, transportation,stable Government and Population.

Both Better and worse.

Explanation:the Industrial revolution which started between the Eighteenth and nineteenth Century started in England because England had the favorable Incentives which were able to drive it.

England had Several Natural resources like COAL, STEEL etc which were needed for construction.

It had a very good Currency which aided Business, it had the available Labor and Market as many other countries were ready to buy from England.

THE GENERAL POPULATION ENJOYED THE BENEFITS AS IT MADE LIFE BETTER, AND ALSO WORSE DUE TO OTHER NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES of INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION LIKE POLLUTION, INCREASED IN DISEASES etc
