if they are intercepts so the x/y will be zero, so in y intetceot the x is zero, and in the x itercept the y is zero.

we calculate the slooe / rise

-9-0/0-5 = 1.8

we then use this formula

y-y1=rise(x-x1)

y-0=1.8(x-5)

y=1.8x-9
