Any measurement that can be used to measure area will have the word square or squared somewhere in the term, because you multiply two values to get the area. So the answers would be inches squared, and square yards.
Simply meters and centimeters would be used for length; cubic feet would be used for volume because three values have to be used to find an object's volume.
