Explain the meaning of the quote in as much detail as possible.

"But look, the morn, in russet mantle clad,
Walks o'er the dew of yon high eastward hill."

In Shakespeare's "Hamlet," after seeing King Hamlet's ghost, Horatio tells to Marcellus that morning is breaking beyond a hill in the east and turning the sky red. The reason is that the cold morning has been so spooky and frightening that it looks as if something supernatural were happening. Actually, the men have seen a ghost and the sky is turning red, the color of blood. Besides, the quote contains a personification of morning, as if it were walking in eastern direction towards the hill.
