B, it started a nuclear arms race. Firstly Manhattan project is simply a research project that focused on the engineering of atomic bomb. This project help us through the so-called atomic age. Because of this project different discoveries were made such as the for materials to be use the mechanics and dynamics of bombs by use of uranium etc. However the immediate impact on the success of Manhattan project is not a good one.
