Explanation:
1. Set up the two bases to equal each other (6x-16=2x+4).
2. Subtract 2x from both sides you should now have 4x-16=4.
3. Add 16 to both sides you should now have 4x=20.
4.Divide 4 on both sides and you should get x=5.
