The coefficient is the number next to the variable. The only number here attached to a variable is 3, so that is the coefficient.

Like terms are when two numbers share the same variable, or lack of. For example, if your equation was 3x+7+9, the like terms would like 7 and 9. But if your equation was 3x+7+9x, the like terms would be 3x and 9x. Since we see none of these, there are no like terms.

Constants are the opposite of coefficients. These are numbers without a variable attached to it. In this case it is 7.
