y = x+4

m = ( 9-7)/(5-3)

= 2/2

=1

Slope intercept form of a line is y = mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

y = 1x+b

Using one of the points

7 = 1*3+b

7 = 3+b

4=b

y = x+4
