The fraction 6 4 is equal to 3 2 when reduced to lowest terms. To find equivalent fractions, you just need to multiply the numerator and denominator of that reduced fraction (3 2) by the same integer number, ie, multiply by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ... 6 4 is equivalent to 3 2 because 3 x 2 = 6 and 2 x 2 = 4; 9 6 is equivalent to 3 2 because 3 x 3 = 9 and 2 x 3 = 6
