Answer:
x=2
Explanation:
4x + 3 = -5x + 21
add 5x on both sides
which will get u to 9x +3 = 21
subtract 3 from both sides
which will get u to 9x = 18
divide 9 from both sides
and the answer is x = 2

9x + 3 = 21
9x = 18
x = 2
