What would you do to both sides of the equation to solve for x?
10x=5

First things first you see that your equation has a multiplication problem in the left side of the equals bar. Seeing this you would divide that one side by 10 but you want to be fair so you would do the same thing to the other side so you would have 5/10. After doing this the 10s cross eachother off and you are left with x=5/10. I hope this helps!
