“a year after the prolocomarion line of 1963 was established, british parliament passed a number of taxes onto the colonists. As a result, colonists organized meetings and groups like the stamp act congress, sons of liberty, ect, to stand against parliament. Nothing really happened until parliament passed the yea act. When the tea act was passed, colonists were mad and the sons of liberty decided to take action by dressing as native americans and throwing chests of tea into boston harbor. Because of that, parliament passed a series of acts called “coercive/intorletarable acts”. Due these acts being passed, a meeting with colonial delegates met to discuss action against british parliament. This led to the first involvements of the american revolution, the battle of Lexington and Concord.”
