66. 600/9=66 1/3. One third won’t complete a whole box so you round it down to 66.

Answer:

66

Explanation:

600 ÷ 9 = 66.67

He can fill 66 boxes completely with crayons. The 67th box will only have 0.67 crayons, so it won't be complete.

Hope this helps!
