I got 156.58 m

HIJ is similar to HKL, because they share a 90° and H.

HI is proportional to HK
HI = 145 + 70 = 215
HK = 145
Scale Factor = (215/145)

KL is proportional to IJ
105.6 * (215/145) = 156.57931; round
156.58 m
