in the number 40.9113,how does the value of 1 in hundredths place compare to the value of 1 in the thousandths place ???

1 in the hundredths place is smaller to the value of 1 in the thousands place. They both are behind the decimals also.

The 1 in the hundredths place is ten times bigger in value than the 1 in the thousandths place.
1/100 = 1/1000 x 10
