Why do people ship Midoryia x all might?

A different question from what I usually see but I’ll put my input in a kind and helpful way.

Izuki is seen with out a father figure for a substantial part of his life. He relies on his idol, All Might, to give him that “fatherly guidance” he may have lost in his childhood. He sees All Might and his dreams of meeting his idol come true! He even gained more than he could ask from this event. Throughout the show/manga, All Might takes care of Izuki and helps him in anyway he can. He even sees him in school if I’m not mistaken.

With all of these in mind, I still hate the pairing. I simply wish for a father son bond between the two and nothing more than that. Not only this, it can be seen rather disturbing in some eyes when we take into fact that All Might is much older..people like this are a red flag. Please don’t trust them..the two simply have a found family trope and are far from any romantic relations.

Hope my insights bring a little understanding for these odd people in the world..
