A truck can be rented from Company A for $120 a day plus $0.20 per mile. Company B charges $60 a day plus $0.40 per mile to rent the same truck. Find the number of miles in a day at which the rentals cost for company A and company B are the same.

Explanation:

Variable x = number of miles

Company A: 120 + 0.20x

Company B: 60 + 0.40x

Set up an equation:
