If angle 1 and angle 2 are vertical angles, and the m<1 = 10x - 9 and m<2 = 4x + 15. Find the value for x.

m∠1 = m∠2

10x - 9 = 4x + 15

Add 9 to both sides

10x = 4x + 15 + 9

10x = 4x + 24

Subtract 4x from both sides

10x -4x = 24

Divide both sides by 6
