THERE ARE TWO UNIQUE EQUATIONs

4x+3=2x+1

2x=-2

x=-1

(or)

4x+3= -(2x+1)

4x+3=-2x-1

6x=-4

x=-2/3

Therefore x=-1 , -2/3
